Bill is a retired Human Resources executive living in Newburyport. He has a doctorate in Education from Boston University specializing in organizational design and development. Bill splits his time writing essays and fiction and volunteering for Greater Newburyport Village, a local non-profit organization dedicated to working with senior citizens helping them to stay comfortably in the homes and the community they love. He is currently editing his novel about Charles Dickens and Ellen Ternan.
