Youth Corps Representative

Alexandra Yavarow is a recent graduate of Newburyport High School and an incoming student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she will study Landscape Architecture with the goal of becoming an urban planner. She is a member of the ACES Youth Corps and serves as a Director on the ACES Board. Through ACES, Alexandra has worked on environmental education, waste reduction initiatives, community outreach, and projects that bring local communities together to create more sustainable practices. She is passionate about sustainability and finding ways to make a positive impact in her community and beyond.

Outside of ACES, Alexandra will play club lacrosse at UW–Madison and enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering, reading, and exploring new places. Her love of the outdoors and interest in how communities are designed and connected continue to inspire her commitment to environmental stewardship and creating a more sustainable future.
